Office Activities

The technical office carries out assistance and counselling activities in all technical fields with a special focus on sectors like urban planning, building, land register, tax disputes, planning, structural calculations and public works, and more specifically in the field of expertise and real estate evaluations, further providing a general real estate counselling activity for its customers.

The immediate interconnection with the legal division, the direct connection to all professional offices specialized in the different real estate scopes of interest (notary’s, accounting and tax offices) further supplement the highly qualified management of any kind of transaction (private real estate transactions, sales and/or transformation of real estate portfolios, real estate divestments, in-office acquisition of judicial auctions, estimations of any kind of real estate properties, performance of cadastral and city planning practices and specialized counselling in this field).
